Mission West Community Development Partners

RENAMING AND REBRANDING A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION

Mission West Community Development Partners, formerly known as Lake County Community Development Corporation, celebrated their 25th anniversary in 2020. To better reflect their community, region, and services, they embarked on a renaming and rebranding initiative. This included designing a new website to highlight these changes and developing a strategic communications plan to effectively reach the rural and tribal communities they serve.

Mission West is a non-profit organization with four distinct pillars of service: Business Development, Community Development, Cooperative Development, and Food & Agriculture Development, each with its own unique requirements. Throughout 2020, we collaborated closely with the Mission West team to understand their needs and redesigned their website, print materials, and branding. We also partnered with the talented local graphic designer Ricci Gertzto create a new logo.

Additionally, we worked with film director David W. King to produce eight videos showcasing the work and capabilities of Mission West. These video productions earned a Bronze Award for Excellence in Economic Development from the International Economic Development Council, highlighting the impactful and innovative efforts of Mission West.
